Apex is great to rent from. They have reasonable rates, and maintenance is very responsive. They leave you alone, no ridiculous random inspections. And they're also very nice to speak to. Any issue we have had (which has been few) they have been quick to help or correct it. I couldn't be more pleased.
Thank you Apex for the privilege to rent one of your units for the last five years. Your office immediately responds to all maintenance requests. The best is when you send Norman and Jeanie.
Our longest commercial rental with Apex has now been 5 years and we are very pleased with their professionalism and willingness to assist whenever we have an issue or question.
I must say we had a horrible start, not due to Apex but due to a fire next to us… Steve and his crew really stood behind us the entire way. They made sure we had what we needed.. We are a little over 2 years, we now have “3 commercial buildings” with Apex and we plan to only continue to grow our business! They have truly helped us tremendously! We've been with Apex for a few years, and it's been a great experience. Any small issues we've had were quickly resolved. Crystal has been especially helpful and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend Apex!
