Rented with Apex for over a year, in the same building with them. Never had a problem, Crystal in the office was wonderful to work with, Steven saw to anything that needed fixed. Apex reported my good rental payment record to my mortgage lender when requested, and my entire experience with Crystal, and all of the Seacrists have been just superb. They are a credit to Shepherdstown.
Apex is great to rent from. They have reasonable rates, and maintenance is very responsive. They leave you alone, no ridiculous random inspections. And they're also very nice to speak to. Any issue we have had (which has been few) they have been quick to help or correct it. I couldn't be more pleased.
Thank you Apex for the privilege to rent one of your units for the last five years. Your office immediately responds to all maintenance requests. The best is when you send Norman and Jeanie.
Our longest commercial rental with Apex has now been 5 years and we are very pleased with their professionalism and willingness to assist whenever we have an issue or question.
