Apex has been good to me in my time of need. Crystal in the office has always been there for me as needed. I am grateful to rent from apex after life knocked me down providing me a place to live that was budget friendly and suitable for my needs for the last two years. At this time I have nothing but good things to say. I am saddened to be leaving but must move out of state where I work and rebuild my life. I will always remember my stay with Apex and I am Grateful.
Rented with Apex for over a year, in the same building with them. Never had a problem, Crystal in the office was wonderful to work with, Steven saw to anything that needed fixed. Apex reported my good rental payment record to my mortgage lender when requested, and my entire experience with Crystal, and all of the Seacrists have been just superb. They are a credit to Shepherdstown.
Apex is great to rent from. They have reasonable rates, and maintenance is very responsive. They leave you alone, no ridiculous random inspections. And they're also very nice to speak to. Any issue we have had (which has been few) they have been quick to help or correct it. I couldn't be more pleased.
Thank you Apex for the privilege to rent one of your units for the last five years. Your office immediately responds to all maintenance requests. The best is when you send Norman and Jeanie.
