Travis did a very thorough job and is very nice.
Lee (technician) did a great job and explained everything thoroughly.
Lee was very thorough and courteous. We would be happy to have him service our units again.
Cameron was very pleasant to work with. He gave me a courtesy call on his way to my house. After his inspection and diagnosis, he explained the root cause of the issue and was able to repair the unit. There was never any scare tactics or at any point made me felt uncomfortable. This was my first experience with APEX heating and air. They will be my go to HVAC provider from here out.
