Had to find a new HVAC company after the one I had previously used closed down. Without a shadow of a doubt, choosing Apex was the best decision. Far and away, this was the best customer service I’ve ever received from an HVAC company, or honestly, from any service provider I’ve worked with recently. Five out of five for customer service. Five out of five for efficiency. Everything was explained to me in detail. It felt honest, thorough, and overall was an incredible experience. They officially have a customer for life.

Alright, So look, Being from England and Being a Chocolate Englishman, I'm not into just flapping words out. So check this Out. First, I ring up the company and a Bloke called John, takes me call. After few words and a callback. I next, hear from a Bloke via text. This is where I was completely Impressed, and trust America, (You need to be able to fly, I can't do that). Apex heating and Air did an awesome job. They came on time, they were polite, put drop clothes on floors and stairs, they were very clean and organized. Kept me informed of what was going on. They did a great cleanup and explained the system to me. John, the owner came out and explained all my options I couldn’t be happier I will recommend to my friends and neighbors
