They tell you your appointment is at 9: 45 but it’s really at 8: 45 thanks for wasting my time.
They tell you your appointment is at 945 but it’s really at 10 thanks for wasting my time.
Cancelled on me day of my appointment because they "didn't have a technician". Called me 3 days later asking if I could come in "right this moment" told them I could not because I was working. Didn't try to reschedule or contact me for almost 2 months. I called them again and they tried to call me twice more asking if I could come in the day of with no forewarning.
