I was referred to Andrew, earlier this year, by my weight loss surgeon. I first met with him about 2 weeks prior to my gastric sleeve procedure. At our first meeting, Andrew sat me down. I scanned the gym equipment and the gym-goers and said "I CAN'T DO THAT". Out came the (dreaded) scales. Out came the (dreaded) tape measure. Thanks Andrew for all your help in supporting me achieve my goals. I highly recommend Andrew for all your health and fitness goals. When I first started at the gym I didn’t have a clue what to do or what machines to use for certain body parts and now I feel so much more comfortable attending the gym and training week in week out.
