Called to get a quote for adding an electrical outlet for a bidet in my bathroom and repairing an exterior electrical outlet that wasn't working. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, but the quote was outrageous. I was quoted $875 for the additional outlet. I then received quotes of under $300 from other licensed electrical contractors for the same job. I would also recommend that this company ask for permission before taking videos inside a customer's home. That felt a little strange.
I want to give a big shoutout to Michael the HVAC technician. As a first time home owner he answered all my questions and concerns, regarding replacing my HVAC unit. Apex General operated in a professional and timely manner to install my unit. Couldn’t be anymore thankful. 10/10 highly recommend.
This team is full of experts and I couldn't be more happier with the heater repair I got a week ago. They were extremely accommodating and walked me through why the heater stopped working. Not only was their quality of work great, their responsiveness was another level! As soon as I called them they were able to get to work the same day. 100% would come back!
Jorge was such a great person and was very efficient in solving the problem. He is a great representation of this company.
