Very bad service. They sold me a new garage door after my coil broke. They took my money and within 2 weeks the door broke. After much effort on my part, they came to fix it. The fix lasted for 6 months and the doorbroke again. Instead of sending someone out, they blamed it on independent contractors. Said they didn't have to fix the door. Said it was my fault. Refused to provide copies of the paperwork signed. Extremely unprofessional. Terrible service. Terrible product. Don't use this company. They will cheat you.
Very Happy Customer! Scott is Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Professional, and Trustworthy. I had called other companies that gave me quotes all over the place. Apex Garage Doors is a very fair and affordable company with great customer service.
My technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. He showed me the problem and offered the remedy. He spent time with me on preventative maintenance. He discussed what I might be looking at in the near future as far as replacement of my door opener, but did not give me a hard sell which was very much appreciated. I will call Apex Garage Doors in the future with any of my garage door repair needs.
John was able to replace our broken spring, replace broken rollers and gave the door a general overhaul. When my wife heard it for the first time after the repair, she had to check twice to make sure it was actually running because it was so quiet. I would recommend Apex Garage Doors to anyone looking for a good price on excellent work! Thank you Apex Garage Doors!!!
