The doctors and staff are careless They do not send the correct proscription to the pharmacy and thy just like to repeat the blood test ..
Started out as a patient a few years ago and generally had positive experiences... though recently, I attempted to make an appointment. Called twice over the course of a week and left two messages - crickets. I understand with the heavily increased demand due to COVID, practices like Apex are operating with packed schedules. But in this day and age, it's inexcusable for an admin employee to not even take 30 seconds to send an email/text or make a phone call to the patient to advise of the situation. This here is a person I have on recording making threats and admitted she caused harm to a employee. But is still employed how embarrassing to a office...
