Dr wang was very honest with me and literally told me all of my options for my tooth and didn’t try to sell me on anything. I really appreciate that he took his time to do that. A lot more detailed than the 5 minutes I got with my dentist about my tooth problem
Dr. Howard Wang was so kind and took the time to explain my condition to me. In the end, he told me that if my treatment didn't work because I have a cracked tooth, he would refund some of my money to me, but after 2 weeks, all of my pain went away so I'm so glad the root canal is working so i can keep my tooth
dr. wang answered all of my questions and i asked about 50 questions lol
Dr Wang was so patient with me because I went to 2 other Dentists before him and one told me to remove the tooth and do an implant and the other one told me to save it with a root canal and crown lengthening and all of these procedure that costed over $6000. Dr Wang explained my condition to me in easy terms that I can understand and helped me made the best decision that is suitable for my situation. I highly recommend Dr. Wang. He is caring, patient, and knowledgeable, and for someone who really dislikes the dentist, he put me at ease for my root canal and did not rush me. I was very nervous about getting a root canal, but he explained the procedure well, and put no pressure on me to continue. I truly appreciate his honest and a caring attitude, and cannot recommend him more.
I had a very negative experience with Dr. Wang during my treatment. I was having some difficulty and instead of giving me one second to collect myself or check if I'm okay he was visibly annoyed and just continued the procedure. Afterwards his staff berated me for having anxiety and told me that I had annoyed the doctor. My anxiety would have been way less if he had taken a minute to check on me and ask if I'm okay, instead of ignoring visible signs of distress and acting upset with me. Dr. Wang is great. He is up to date on the most recent treatments for my periodontal issues and presents me with all my options. He is optimistic but also realistic in my treatment options and always gives me frank and honest answers.
This is my first visit with Dr. Nancy Ma and I found her through one of the Asian community newspaper-WorldJournal. The ambiance of the office was professional and very clean. My initial quality screening was very thorough and Dr. Ma gave me a complete snapshot of my whole teeth which really need a lot of work. She had to explain and lot essential repair I need to do as well as my complaint of my teeth. She was taking her time and not rushing as my experience with other dentists..
