Wow! This is what happened when you have some certain type of people who run a service or business facility without accountability!! From very rude receptionist to unprofessional manager even nurses were very unhinged! If you ask a question they will yell back at you, if you have any concerns they will be unable to answer! Staff is excellent i had no stress there
This place sucks. Wait time is outrageous. They have no organization, front desk doesn’t know anything. I’ve been here for a scheduled 12:30p appointment and it’s now 2p and I’m still waiting to be seen.
I was told the surgery would take 20 minutes. Appt. was at 9am. I was done at 5pm. What kind of nonsense is that? Dr. is on point but the waiting time is ridiculous.
I'm a senior woman blind in one eye. Dr. Ghaznawi performed eye surgery and my vision was restored immediately. I only have the best to say about her and the total staff. I'm eternally grateful to this lovely professional doctor and her whole team.
