Had been to another eye care facility and was pushed through like cattle. The other company made so many mistakes and was only worried about speed and not value being built. They messed up my glasses and never corrected them. I made an appointment with Pearl Vision and hey took their time and I was checked by a in person Dr. What a difference that made, once the exams where done went to look at glasses in the next room and had a wonderful experience with their team. Easy to see a Dr and get glasses all right across from eachother.
It very quick. The ladies were nice, polite, and knew what they were doing.
This review is actually several years late but i promised to write one after my amazing experience so better late than never! I came in one afternoon as a walk in and had to be at work later that afternoon and was short on time cutting it very close! They rushed me in and rushed me out and even helped me fill out the paperwork to save me some time! when have you ever been to a doctors office and they cared that you had somewhere to be? Excellent staff to say the least, i highly recommend!
They may be good or bad I don't really know, I made appointments for my son and myself but found that they require lockdown style restrictions. I am fully vaccinated, have natural immunity from having COVID, and my son is negative (home test) and they continued to require masks and for me to remain in my vehicle until my appointment time. I understand safety and I respect their choice, however I choose to go elsewhere for my eye care needs.
