Zack Parsons will scam you. Do not use this contractor for anything! If you have, file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office immediately! He was supposed to repair his shoddy work on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 8a. He ghosted me. I knew he was lying when he scheduled my repair. I encourage anyone who Apex scammed (he's changed the business name) to file a complaint with the AG's office.
