Went to Apex Express Car Wash on Nov. 14, 2017 at 5:01 pm. Wash code 52942 had my brand New 2018 XSE Toyota Camry washed and when we went to dry it the whole passenger side from front to rear was damaged. A employee ran out to us to see if there was any problem to our car. We showed him and he went to get the manager Joseph Granado which was in the wash tunnel fixing something and told us he would be with us in a few minutes.
