Austin? More like Awesome. He was great with customer service, educating me on everything about my house and the history of asbestos, and was very thorough, 10/10
Don’t trust this company he double back with abatement with his son. He is shady he knows the laboratories. He knows all the abatement companies and he can make a job go anyway that he wants to go.
I had Apex do abatement on a house I recently purchased, out of the 3 companies I requested a bid from, Apex provided the most transparent and honest quote. Austin was awesome at explaining everything and was very timely with his communication. He even helped me remove a waterbed so they could start the job! If you have any asbestos related demolition needs, Apex is the way to go!
Provided great and in depth service from start to finish. Very pleasant and friendly, highly professional and highly recommended.
Having safe facilities is a priority for us. Apex came highly recommended to provide asbestos testing in our old building. Austin answered our call politely, walked us through the process and was overall pleasant to work with. He was able to arrive at our appt. time and actually showed up 5 min early. I highly recommend their services.
