Premium quality at an incredibly reasonable price. To be clear, this isn't budget windows, but if money is tight they have financing and the quality is worth it if you can manage it. The only other time we've had such a rapid improvement in the comfort of our home was replacing the AC - over double the cost of our windows and nowhere near as aesthetically pleasing. I did not have the best experience with apex and wrote a bad review, after that review I had a few people reach out to me and they stepped up big time. Shannon was one of those people and she made sure I was taken care of and addressed my issues immediately. She also restored my faith in a company by listening to her customer and making me feel like my voice was heard and I am important. My windows look great and my patio door is my favorite part of the whole project
We had our nasty bay window replaced and 5 additional windows. I wish it didn't take so long for the windows to be made, but the end result is worth it. We recommend Apex. Very nice upgrade to our house.
