I did not have the best experience with apex and wrote a bad review, after that review I had a few people reach out to me and they stepped up big time. Shannon was one of those people and she made sure I was taken care of and addressed my issues immediately. She also restored my faith in a company by listening to her customer and making me feel like my voice was heard and I am important. My windows look great and my patio door is my favorite part of the whole project
We had our nasty bay window replaced and 5 additional windows. I wish it didn't take so long for the windows to be made, but the end result is worth it. We recommend Apex. Very nice upgrade to our house.

The installation was faster than promised and handled by experienced professionals. Highly recommend for anyone looking to replace their windows or update to more efficient windows like me and my family were!

Highly Recommended! Extremely pleased with the windows and the whole process. Pricing was very competitive, installers were courteous and efficient. Ian (our salesperson and point of contact) was outstanding, and the folks back at the office responded very quickly to all our questions. If you are looking for windows, give them a call!
