Our new windows are great quality and have helped significantly with the heat in our house. The front of our home gets blasted by the sun for the majority of the day. The front of our house is typically 10 degrees warmer than the back. Not anymore! I never really bought it when people said new windows make a difference, but they absolutely do! Purchased windows for my whole home in Canton, Georgia. Bridgemill development. The purchase was in 2019. The installation was great, but now in 2025 I’ve had the seals develop problems with two windows. Since it was noticed in January ‘25, they have not replaced them as contracted in my purchase agreement. It’s very difficult to reach anyone to discuss this with who can get anything done. I recommend anyone considering purchase not do so if the warranty is important to you.
I Never do business with a door-to-door salesperson, Ever. I was working in my yard when someone who identified as from marketing stopped and approached me. It took me a while to get rid of him, but not before I learned they were supposedly giving free labor just for a good review. It's just a vinyl window. Their contract prevents you from suing them as well as class action lawsuits. They do not guarantee they will perform at any standard for thermal or sound blocking so that is just a salesperson's claim. In fact, though th... read more
