Horrible service, high prices. We ordered new windows for our entire house. Apex was the most expensive out of all the companies that we received a quote from. We hoped it would translate to quality in the product and the service. We could not have been more wrong. We placed the order in March with the promise to get them installed mid-May. Now we're past Thanksgiving and we are still waiting for the windows to be installed.
