So here’s why I gave 2 stars.. Customer service and communication are crappy. The window product and the installation crews get 5 stars. I was given a realistic expectation of how long it would take to get a call to let me know when my windows would be delivered to the local warehouse. When that time came and went I reached out asking for an update. It took multiple calls and emails to get a response. Once the install date was set, everything went according to schedule.
