Apex installed my windows 2 years ago at the cost of over 20K. Today I have outer trim coming off as the double sided adhesive used has failed. The front window has caulk that has bubbled. Repair man from Apex came out in August and cannot be reached as of today. Closest contact for the company is in SLC Utah. Windows ok, service very poor/

Horrible customer experience an service. I ordered a door from these guys, was told it would be there in ~30 days. Four months later they came to install it and it turned out they had ordered the door to swing open the opposite way of the original, which did not work in the entryway. There were also major flaws in the install, from a huge caulk gap next to the frame, a transition that flexed when stepped on, and a half inch gap between the transition and tile in the the entry. Here in ***** everyone disappeared. Building is locked up. They came out a couple months ago to look at the problems I was having with several widows not sliding and locking. Can't get the bedroom window to lock. one of the front window has a suction cup print in the middle glass window that you can see when the sun hits it just right. They said it was good that I called with in the first year of installment to have them fixed. Well that's a bust. They never contacted me since.

When selling their windows they are great. The product seemed great, had all the features we were looking for. We were promised they were much easier to clean due to these features. We were told we'd have a dedicated service manager for any issues that we may have had. The warranty seemed fantastic. We were aware that the first 2 years was pretty much fully covered, after that the product was warrantied but we would have to pay the labor which is understandable (they've got to make money somehow). Upfront...installers are great and windows seem great so far. That is the silver lining of this company. As for **************** and manufacturers...trainwreck! We ordered windows in February of 2021, and after being assured of such great customer service and that our consultant would be with us every step of the way, it was us (the customers) who were constantly reaching out to find out the status of our window delivery and installation dates. I originally chased these guys off around July, mainly because I despise door-to-door sales, but I had a change of heart a couple weeks later when I could not get my home below 80 degrees. First thing to remember is that these folks are not your “big box” store. The entire crew including the sales, office staff, and the installers were great. We had our windows & patio door replaced with APEX Ultra Efficient Windows. The sales representative was Cody -- he gave a thorough presentation of the windows & answered many questions we had. Our decisions were easy following our meeting with Cody. The installers Anthony & Amy were experienced; courteous; explained what would be done during removal of old windows & installing new windows. We had old aluminum windows on our house. Some of the windows couldn't slide open. With the new windows it gives the house a better look. The installers also were very experienced and quick too!
