I just had the rudest sales woman come to my house. She asked about replacing my windows (which are only a few years old) so I politely declined. She continued pressing the sale, ignoring what I was saying so I decline again politely saying I'm really not interested so she said "Oh it's going to be like that huh, you're going to be rude?" RecommendedWent through Apex to upgrade our old aluminum frame windows (1/2 the house). The consultants were knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy what so ever. We love our new windows which is helping keep it warm/cool, and would gladly go through Apex again if we plan to upgrade the rest in the future.
We've had these windows for just over a month and love them! Greg and Julian were great during the installation and were finished much more quickly than expected. The windows are so much better to look out of than the old ones, and even our dog and cats love looking out at the garden. The triple pane windows are very high quality. The double hung windows are far superior to our old vinyl windows. The design that allows the window to tip in for cleaning is great! There was a problem with the patio sliding door we ordered but it was re-ordered and installed within a month.
When we bought our new (to us) house last year, we had drafty aluminum windows that we knew would need to be replaced. We chose Apex and we are so happy! Our new windows look really great and keep out the chilly drafts. I also love that my artwork will be protected against UV rays and fading! Another big difference is in noise reduction. I have t o give a big shout-out to Apex Energy Solutions! I recently had 13 windows replaced with high energy efficent 3 pane windows. They completed the task in just 2 days and I love my windows. Upon coming home the first thing I notices is the quiet of not hearing traffic on a busy street along my house.
