This is a great company. I have been using them since 2018 and they continue to provide excellent customer service. Hey Guy HVAC came to the rescue this Sunday, during the time we are having weather over the 90's. Our AC unit overheated due to a pipe that malfunctioned. I called Hey Guy and left a message this Sunday. I got a call back and they came out the same day. This is a great family-owned company and I will always call them.

05/31 I base my response time regarding household repair issues on the number of texts or calls from my wife within a 30 min.or 1 hour time span. After the third message about leaking water and strange sounds from the boiler, I reluctantly took a look at the puddle of water, hoped that the boiler would somehow spare me for the time being, and hang on for a bit longer.
