Dr. Short and his staff are wonderful. I got a next day appointment because I was in pain. I feel that they had to delay their lunch to see to me. I felt welcome and taken care of (root canal). All in all a great experience! Highly recommend!
Dr. Short and his staff are AMAZING!! I was terrified when my dentist told me I needed a root canal based on several bad experiences I had before. Dr. Jackson referred me to Dr. Short and she spoke very highly of him. I'm so grateful I went to Dr. Short. Also you don't need a referral to see him. I was able to get in to see him immediately and was also able to get a root canal on two teeth the same day of my consult!! Dr. Short was very professional. He personally called the next day to make sure everything was okay. I had to go back to Apex Endodontics in Smyrna, Georgia on July 29th (first visit was July 13th). The symptoms I had before getting a retreatment on a root canal still existed. I had to go to my personal doctor’s office in August to get more amoxicillin because I was in pain (Dr. Short didn’t see a reason to prescribe more amoxicillin/he didn’t see anything wrong with the x-rays). Friendly staff and great service from Dr. Short. Bit expensive but I got what I paid for. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience at Apex Dental! The dental assistant, who I believe is named Victoria (hope I’m not mistaken), was very patient and clearly skilled at her work, which made the visit much more comfortable. The dentist did an awesome job and explained everything thoroughly. I felt well cared for and would definitely recommend this practice.
