I came in this morning for a root canal, the doctor was very nice and thoroughly explain the issue and what he would do to fix it. It was fast and painless and the music was calming/relaxing
I walked in very nervous and the very friendly staff eased my mind. Dr. R was amazing, I wish I could give them 10 stars
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the company Apex Endodontics, LLC. The level of professionalism was appalling. They hung up on me twice when I tried to resolve an issue. When I spoke to the manager, Jason, he tried to tell me that I had missed an appointment that I had scheduled on February 27, 2025, for February 10, 2025. I had to say to Jason the manager that does not make sense. Dr Rastogi was amazing. I had no pain during or after my root canal. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Jennifer the hygienist was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable as well. The receptionist was also very knowledgable regarding post op instructions. I highly recommend Dr Rastogi , he is highly skilled at the most complicated root canals.
