Made an appointment and provided my insurance a week in advance. When I came in, the receptionist said they don't take this insurance and that I would have to pay cash. What stopped them from telling this over the phone is beyond my understanding. Waste of time and very unprofessional.
Dr. Ching does exceptionally good work. My regular dentist looked at his work and said it was perfect textbook. I had a good outcome and it was thanks to Dr. Ching’s skills. Props

Dr. Ching, his chair side and administrative staff have been professional, efficient, patient, listen and explain well, are kind and do all they can to ease anxiety and discomfort during root canal and other treatments (including urgent care when I was leaving in a week to travel) I needed over the past two years. I would seek their care again and recommend them to all.
Dr Ching is great, he saved my tooth! He’s a highly qualified specialized dentist who has a great personality as well! His team are all very pleasant and polite young women who do a great job too! I don’t want to have any more root canals, but if I need to, I’m super glad that Dr Ching is here in Kona. MAHALO NUI Dr Ching!!!!!
