Dr. Ching, his chair side and administrative staff have been professional, efficient, patient, listen and explain well, are kind and do all they can to ease anxiety and discomfort during root canal and other treatments (including urgent care when I was leaving in a week to travel) I needed over the past two years. I would seek their care again and recommend them to all.
Dr Ching is great, he saved my tooth! He’s a highly qualified specialized dentist who has a great personality as well! His team are all very pleasant and polite young women who do a great job too! I don’t want to have any more root canals, but if I need to, I’m super glad that Dr Ching is here in Kona. MAHALO NUI Dr Ching!!!!!
I was extremely anxious about my root canal procedure because of my TMJ condition, but I had the most positive experience with Dr. Ching. What made a difference for me was Dr. Ching’s skills and expertise in addition to his patience and understanding of my concerns. I was pleasantly surprised how the procedure went.
