Dr Lin is thorough and very detail oriented not only in his work but in his explanations to patients. At no point did I feel that I didn’t understand what was going on or that I couldn’t ask to pause if needed. Very impressed with this office and, although I hope I never have to return, it would be the top of my list if I needed to

In my first visit here, Dr. Lin took his time to screen me and tell me about my issues. He even drew pictures to accurately display what's happening with my situation. While he recommended me treatment, I really appreciate that he gave me a timeline of when to address it. His professionalism is top notch. During the actual treatment (root canal), I was postponed an hour past my original treatment time. Despite this, Dr. Lin still delivered a quick and smooth procedure from start to finish. Dr. Andrew Lin was wonderful a great endodontist, empathetic, and a good listener. Spoke at a good pace, made drawings as to what’s going on before doing any work. The front desk & dental assistant staff was efficient, kind, quiet and courteous. They are a serious office, don’t expect overly friendly front desk staff. The office is cold bring a jacket. The parking lot is hard to get in and out of but at least there is free parking on site. Office was very clean!
