This place is a joke! My daughter got out of the hospital on Monday. We had an appointment on Friday morning at10:45. We got there on time, waited 45 min before the secretary informed me that liz (the therapist) was not even there. We decided to wait because I had questions regarding my daughter's meds and the fact that she had had an anxiety attack the night before. Liz finally showed up at noon. I haven't had a bad experience at Apex. The doctor I saw was very kind and understanding. The staff can be inconsistent, but ok overall.

I'm pretty sure most of these doctors got their degrees at McDonald's I've been to more than one psych doctor there most don't even ask you much and just start upping your meds or changing them Karen Joseph talked to me for like 2 mins and somehow knew me well enough to say I didn't have any of the disorders I have been diagnosed with since I was a child the staff there are rude and snappy avoid this place at all costs

Apex Behavioral in Woodhaven is the most poorly run office I have ever encountered, and I have finally had enough. I work 50+ hours a week, so my psychiatrist usually just writes my prescriptions for me and leaves them at the front desk. I have done this a couple times before, and never had an issue. While the staff at this office will treat you like garbage, at least my psych was understanding enough to know my work schedule allows me to do hardly much of anything.
