Very clean environment. Very friendly staff from the front desk to Rachel who was Olivia’s assistant and Doctor Olivia. She was very personable and friendly and thorough explaining everything and answering any questions I had.
Very professional office! Excellent doctors and support staff. Highly recommended! August 2026. Another excellent visit to Apex. My review from February is repeated for August because they are still great. Dr Hoffman is very good at what she does. The staff are organized and my appointments always go smoothly. Highly recommended wish I could give more stars!
I had a great experience here. The front staff were very polite, the nurse and PA-C Olivia were comforting, knowledgeable, and so friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Olivia H was so helpful and kind and thoughtful and really listened and cared about my issue. Erica was her assistant and she was just as kind and helpful. The front desk is also very kind and helpful. I always feel heard and taken care of 10/10
