Very disappointing. Dr. Garcia-Zuazaga was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I had to see that nurse practitioner, Gina Bernandenelli for a skin care consultation about a month ago. I haven't returned for my follow-up because I found her to be impatient, arrogant, rude and not helpful. She had the same tired ideas for skincare that have been around forever.
