Front desk staff are wonderful! Megan was very patient with me, I was in numerous times getting fittings, they even made me a new top Denture because it was so big. Megan was always accommodating and friendly. Carol was so nice, always happy. It took a while but I was always brought in quickly to be helped. To me the service was excellent! I was told not to hesitate to return if necessary, I was welcome to return with any concerns.Thank You Ladies😁.
Absolutely terrible company to deal with.
HORRIBLE! Fit, aesthetically and patient respect! After several” adjustments “ and promises my dentures would” settle in” I finally stated my concerns . Megan rudely told me “ we’re done here” and “ your expectations are too high”,and left the room…. When I asked for something to document the reversal on my insurance claim, I was told by both the office staff and again,Megan, that we don’t do that… I left there with nothing to show I had even been there. thankfully they did follow through with reversal and credited my insura... read more
If I could rate it it would be a minis 5 I have been taking my mother to apex since last fall about 8-10 visits had to do a couple of impressions , then they made a set of dentures that were too big for her mouth I say they gave her the wrong ones, then they made another impressions of her gums made a set we went In to pick up they broke them never called to reschedule then they made another set and the top ones fit but are very rough not a smooth finish and the bottom ones does not even fit on her gums they don’t even cover... read more
There is no question Bob Skinner is the best. The service provided to me from him and Carol is top notch and I love my new dentures. Amazing work!
