Nothing I ever get back from this lab works well. The owner is dismissive and is a great example of mansplaining. Cases need multiple attempts at insertion. We are currently in hour two of something that should take no more than 45 min. It's a shame because they offer a great line of appliances, but there are much better labs out there. I will never use Apex again
