faster response. 2 times I have had response issues with them.
I called about an appointment last Friday. I asked if they took my insurance., as most reputable offices confirm insurance BEFORE booking your appointment. I was told not to worry, that the Dr. would do an evaluation before any services were done and what cost, if any I would incur. I made it clear that I could not pay for xrays, etc...and again asked if they took my insurance. Again, I was told not to worry, as AFTER the doctor did his evaluation I would be told costs, fees and if my insurance was accepted. I booked the app... read more
