This Apex Dental Care Clinic owes me an apology. I made an appointment to see a Dr.James Ma a month before my visit. Appointment was confirmed with Dr. James Ma at the Apex Dental on 3/6/23 at 11:00a.m. I arrived at the Office on time. About 20 minutes wait, a Dr. Chen walked in and told me that Dr. Ma was running late but he would be seeing me soon. I waited until noon, the Dr. Ma never presented himself at our apporment.
