Dr. Chien was very professional and clear on what could be done and how much it might cost depending on my insurance and possible out of pocket. She gave me a plan on how to move forward and was very patient with her explanations besides she was compassionate. Yes, l would recommend her. Thank you

I had fall and chipped 2 of my front teeth. I felt awful! I contacted Apex Dental and they were able to schedule an appointment asap. 1 half hour later I was smiling with pride again. Dr. Chien did a great job and I am eternally greatful. I have been a patient with Apex Dental for the past 15 years. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and expertise.
Just left dentist office , very helpful very nice , dentist was cool he understood my concerns and helped me through them , I will be switching from old dentist to apex dental , pulled it quickly and will be going back soon for rest of my dental work .
The front desk ladies are rude, condescending towards some race, dismissive and unprofessional. I spent so much money and time getting Invisalign but they have yet to send me my retainer. This is such a crucial step after this process to retain the work that has been done but they dont take it seriously. They barely pick up the phone, had my contact information but lied stating it was incorrect when i received comms from them for appointment reminders in the past.
