The doctor's might be ok, but the rest is questionable. I get a tooth cleaning scheduled per half of my mouth, what a B. And on top of that they are like months apart. Are they serious. And the billing department, oh my god. They don't know what they do, double charges, filing under an incorrect name, telling me that my insurance was declined and my insurance hadn't received a claim whatsoever. Don't ever go there!!!!
Was a first time customer in this dental office. I went for a cleaning, exam, and bonding on a chipped tooth. I went in and first off my teeth did not cleaned after paying to have to have them do so. The bond came off within a week. When I called to let them know that it happened when I was just simply brushing my teeth and not because I had bumped my mouth into anything, they accused me of brushing too hard.
