I went into Apex Cycle this morning for some head gaskets and a few other assorted bits. At the parts counter I was helped by Alyssa. Let me tell you, this was one of the best interactions I have had in a bike shop in a very long time. Alyssa was helpful and listened carefully to what I was after. Nice selection of bikes, and only place that stocks niche and specific KTM parts. If needed to order then they come the fastest compared to any dealer in the GTA. Super friendly and helpful 10/10
Was looking to buy new or used bike. Called Apex got Brian who I thought was sale person turns out to be the manager of the sales department. I went in to test ride a bike I had never had the pleasure of riding before. Talk to Brian about who was a wealth of knowledge and had so much patience with me.
