I would NOT recommend Apex. The employees lack integrity and character. I was unable to communicate with all the hispanic workers they sent out due to their inability or unwillingness to speak English. They never arrived as scheduled nor called to inform us of their delay. Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional.
