This is a horrible company. My home warranty company sent this company to my home for roof leaks. The technician who came out lied and told me a water spot on the ceiling in my master bedroom was not a roof leak. However, when it rained again, the same spot leaked into my room, and it wasn't leaking before; it was just a water spot. This technician also told me there was an issue with my dryer duct that needed cleaning. I paid out of pocket for them to fix this issue, and now my practically new dryer is not drying correctly.... read more

My roof was damaged in Hurricane Ida. I contracted with APEX in Nov. 2021. The work to replace my roof was done in Feb. 2022. Soon after my roof was complete, I had a roof leak on a vent over a bedroom. I notified APEX, they came out and supposedly resealed the area. On Sept. 7, 2023, approximately a year and a half after my new nearly 60K roof was complete my new roof failed during a thunderstorm with moderate winds. I contacted APEX to let them know about my roof since I was under warranty. Upon viewing the photos I sent t... read more

Do not use these people, they took advantage of us after Ida and many of my neighbors. High pressure tactics, billed for things they didn't even do. Their contracts did not include the 3 day mandatory clause required by the state. Shady all around`. We paid them 40K which is the invoice amount and it is well over a year, no contact from them and then we get a collection letter for 11K. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Apex took advantage of people after a natural disaster. They make it sound like the tarp for a damaged roof will only cost $1000. They are taking advantage of people at a vulnerable time. If you didn't use Apex to install your new roof they send an invoice for the tarp installation with inflated numbers for travel distance, supervisor fees($84/hr), increased tarp installation costs and other charges. The Apex estimate to do my roof was at least 1/3 more the cost of the other estimates I received. Had Apex even been in the sa... read more

As disable veterans in our community we share a similar experience. While my husband was out searching for material to tarp our roof after the storm damage from Hurricane Ida back in August 2021, I was approached by a young gentleman in a truck promising to offer great service to tarp our roof, so I took his card and waited until my husband to returned. With the threat of rain, my husband proceeded with an out-of-pocket payment of $1,000.00. Later my husband noticed after reading the contract more in-dept that he didn't like... read more

Apex is committing fraud by coming to your house charging one price for something and then sending a bill for another astronomical price minus what you already paid. Apex is trying to commit insurance fraud by trying to invoice for hours on the job that they are not there. Came to my house for 2 hours (drove up, finished job and left) to put on a tarp and charging 7 hours!!! Yes i did sign a contract under duress but contract has no, NO price whatsoever, deposit line left blank. told me $1000 to tarp roof, we paid the $1000 ... read more
