just now BUYER BEWARE! — Don’t make the same mistake that I did! Kevin gladly accepted the challenge to repair what was determined as Lightning Damage. 2 or 3 days went by and I received a call from Kevin. He sounded REALLY disappointed to inform me that he was unsuccessful in his attempt to repair my device, stating that the damage to the board was greater than anticipated. Check the Yelp! reviews first!!! I was double charged for my computer repair. I told him what the problem was and if his estimate would have included two options... 1.)paying for a cleaning $75 AND complete keyboard replacement $175 or 2.) Paying to replace the keyboard that we already knew had something spilled on it for $175 I would have chosen the second option and avoided potentially wasting $75.
