Looks like it was the painters first day, dust bubbles, eyes and even hair in the paint, body panel mostly straight but pushed in about 1 inch compared to rear door, side step is on an angle not straight, I was called 2 times ti pick up the truck when it was not fixed, it even still had green chalk marker on it where their employee circled the damage that was not repaired, and tried to get me to take the truck to a third party wheel repair guy on my own time to get my wheel fixed that was "sent out for repair 2 times already... read more

If you don't like reading for a long time. Just pick another place to get a professional experience and great work done. If you have time please continue. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a company with such a high score on Google. My insurance company gave me a few places and I was going to go to a couple of other places before this one but they had the “shortest” wait time. They did a good job in repairing my body damage. However, upon picking up my car I noticed my ac was no longer working and notified them before I left. I have went back 3 times to get it looked at as ac was working perfectly fine before I dropped it off and am extremely disappointed and frustrated that I'm not going to get a resolution about it.
