I have had to bring two of my vehicles to this Key Collision within the past 6 months, and each time they have over promised and under delivered. My first experience was in March 2025 and they kept my car for over a week after the promised completion date. My most recent experience is ongoing I was told I would receive my car on Wednesday August 6th and would receive a call by 2pm for pickup. They did not call, leaving me to call for a status update. I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 100 STARS IF I COULD. I GOT SCAMMED FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY REFUSED TO WORK WITH MY INSURANCE THEN DEMANDED I EITHER PAY THEM THE FULL AMOUNT, WHICH WAS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OR I PAY THEM ABOUT 500 DOLLARS FOR THEM TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER, WHICH I DIDN'T EVEN TELL THEM TO DO BECAUSE WE WERE WAITING ON APPROVAL FROM INSIRANCE COMPANY. THEY INSISTED I DROP THE CAR TO THEM AND SAID THEY WOULD HANDLE IT WITH MY INSURANCE, MY INSURANCE REQUESTED THEY CHANGE STUFF ON THEIR QUOTE, BUT THEY REFUSED TO AND ... read more
