I've been dealing with Apex Clean Air since May 11, 2026, and getting nothing but lies and the run around. They come out to do a $49.00 add to clean 10 ducts, 1 main, 1 return. Their tech Harlan came out and did 7 vents, 1 main, 1 return. I was told we had serious nicotine build-up in both bedrooms. He told me beings I'm on oxygen I should get a filter to help clean the air (and it would add to selling price if I ever sold). Told him we couldn't do that; it was too expensive. We were very disappointed with our duct cleaning service. The tech almost immediately tried to upsell us on multiple other services. When I told him we were not interested - he said "get your husband on the phone" as if I could not make a decision on what services we wanted. He came back to me on 2 more occasions trying to sell other services. It was uncomfortable and awkward.
