After my very first visit, I was able to turn my head all the way to the left (which I hadn't been able to do for a couple of years). It really made a difference. Then I purchased a package and came to regular appts for several months. Now I stop in every 1-2 months or as needed. They are not back-crackers like other chiropractors; their adjustments are subtle but very effective. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Apex. I received care during my pregnancy and postpartum and brought my baby in after he was born too. He had been struggling with his latch, taking in too much air during nursing and was very obviously uncomfortable. I’ve been seeing this chiropractor for over a year and a half, and the improvement in my health has been significant. We’ve been seeing Dr. Kirsten for the last 3 years and it’s been an incredible experience. We’ve seen a significant reduction in my daughter’s nocturnal seizures, as well as improvement in bowel movements, growing pains, and mood. I also saw her through an entire pregnancy and was able to have significantly less hip and back pain than my first pregnancy and was able to accomplish a much desired v bac! The entire staff is so kind and passionate and I couldn’t recommend them more!
