I give up I give up!I love the idea of zero rez and they have saved me after an emergency spills. However, whenever I schedule a regular cleaning I am so disappointed. This time I booked way ahead when the day was empty. I wanted the carpet clean and dry for a party. Anywhere but here We got carpet and ceramic tile here when we bought our house. They did a lousy job and put down the wrong pad under our carpet and beat up all our freshly painted baseboards and then refused to make it right. The tiles are coming up in the bathroom. It was a horrible experience..do not recommend them at all. Go to Lowes or Home Depot. Anywhere but here.
They didn't fix it right I went to rent a trencher machine and when I was using it, it stopped working and returned for another one. When my rent was done they charged me for breaking the other one, even though they said they just fixed it and I think they didn't fix it right. Accused me of misusing it, when I know it wasn't a misuse, it was their fault. Will never rent or buy anything at home depot
Very Bad Job Yuck! DON'T SHOP HERE! This place smells on the inside, its always too hot in the warmer months because the owner doesn't use the AC and speaking of the owner, he is a swindling little roach who sells cheap, worthless rugs at inflated prices. This place is the pits!

After posting a not so positive review on 2/16/12, they contacted me and apologized that I was not completely satisfied with my experience in using their carpet cleaning services and offered a full refund. Computer Specialist Amazing service! Knowledgeable and courteous service representative left my carpet completely clean and free of even the ground in dirty areas in doorways and heavy traffic areas! This is the first time any carpet cleaning service has accomplished this. It looks practically new!
