Apex Carpet Care is reliable, honest, clean, customer-oriented. I own a rental property and always call Apex Carpet Care whenever tenants move out. They show up on time, are honest, reliable, clean, and a great deal for the money. I've used them many times, always with great results. They've extended the life of some heavy-wear carpets, so I give them my highest recommendation.
Apex is The Best! Myles responded immediately to my contacting him and, in fact,came over to give me an estimate that same day. He was on time the day we arranged to have the carpets done too. He did an excellent job of bringing the carpets back to life, even getting out stubborn makeup stains in my daughter's room! The price was extremely competitive and well worth the $$ spent. I will definitely use Apex again!
Great job I read the reviews on the Insider Pages and called Myles and Lori. They responded immediately; asked what area needed to be cleaned and gave me a quote on the phone. After coming over (on a weekend!) and doing a terrific job, they charged the amount quoted. How refreshing. Myles was able to get out the ground-in dirt in my teenage son's room. I will definitely use them again.
Highly recommend! Miles and Lori were such a pleasure to do business with. Miles was able to come over right away and did an amazing job with our carpets. And to top it off, Miles ended up charge us LESS than he quoted us. We will use Apex Carpet Care every 6 months to keep our carpets looking brand new.
Quality & Value - I could really Count on Them A Friend reffered Apex Carpet Care to me, so I thought I'd call and look into their services. I like that they use truck mounted cleaners, because they're higher powered. The office staff was friendly and accomodating. When Miles showed up, he assureed me he could remove the stains. It took him a fair amount of effort, but he kept his word - they're gone! At a resonable value, Apex Carpet Care, does a supurb quality job. I know if anything comes up, I can count on them!

Saved my carpets!!! As a mother of a baby and two dogs I thought my carpet would never be 'decent' again. Myles from Apex performed a miracle. I can't even tell that my dogs had some 'accidents' before. Lori the receptionist made it so easy for me to make an appt. when I had the time. All in all, I'm VERY pleased with the end result of our carpet... and I'm not embarrassed to have company over anymore. Best of all, I don't have to spend a fortune on new carpet now! Thanks!
