From the moment I made contact via the phone to arriving at their office, the experience at Apex Cardiology was outstanding. The front reception lady Gloria was welcoming and professional, Beth was wonderful, and the cardiologist Dr Prasad was incredibly informative, approachable and thorough. I felt listened to, supported, and well cared for throughout the entire appointment. An all-round excellent experience — highly recommend.

I've had to condense this due to character limits, so please excuse the lack of full detail. I’ve had an echocardiogram at Apex Cardiology so far, and the technician was wonderful—kind, clear, and happy to explain things when I asked. Unfortunately, my experience with bookings and follow-up has been far more difficult. My original referral was for a 72-hour Holter monitor, but the clinic booked me for only 24 hours. I've had to sum this up due to the character limit, so please excuse the lack to detailed information. I’ve only had an echocardiogram with Apex Cardiology so far, and the technician was lovely and explained things when she noticed I was interested. However, I’ve had several issues with appointments.
