Excellent customer service! Andrew is 10/10. I will be back for sure
The truck driver who just dropped material off today was extremely rude and presumed we would have the appropriate skills to help him offload material, then criticised us for not having common sense when we did it wrong. Please spend some time educating your workers in customer service, and send teams of 2 if the driver is unable to do the work to unload a truck on his own.
Overall apex have great products and have a quick turn around time ! The factory team are fantastic. At the end of the day when you walk into the office to put an order in and the guy behind the desk is nothing but rude, ignorant and has zero customer service skills!
