I’ve been with Dr. Ramesh for 4 years now. She is wonderful, she listens, she works with you to help you get better. I wouldn’t want any other psychiatrist.

Tried calling 3 times to schedule an appointment for my mother as a new patience. The phone was answered 1 of the 3 times over 3 days, staff let me on hold for 15 minutes straight before I hung up. I called again today and after the automated answering service, it automatically puts you on hold. Safe to say, I will not call back or receive my business.

HORRIBLE STAFF!!! DR Ramesh IS AMAZING though.. Can’t say the same for the male staff member. This is the second year in row I’ve gone without meds during the holidays bc I wasn’t made aware that she was on vacation. When I spoke with her last year of the same issue she was very upset and said they’re supposed to notify her of script refills.
