Joshua was extremely patient and considerate while helping me with my July mortgage payment. Until recently I have made my payment by phone. I found it easy and efficient. Recent changes to your policies have forced me to convert to on line payments. I find your cumbersome and confusing to access. While I successfully submitting a few payments, apparently I made an error while trying to submit my July 1,2025 payment and it did not process.
