Ulysses at Apex Bank truly sets the bar for exceptional customer service. He is kind, prompt and follows up. When a challenge came he l, he immediate offered solutions to resolve the issue another way. He understood my urgency and responded in kind. Such a breath of fresh air to work with someone who truly cared about by individual situation. He could have easily brushed it off or sent me to the website, but he didn’t. He performed with resolutions. I am very impressed!
The service speed from Apex bank really amazes me. It's almost a direct pick once i punch in option 5 for Mortgage service and a 2 minute call is all it needed to verify my identity and resolve the issue to request my Note and Deed copies to be emailed to me and were done just while I'm on the phone, so fast. Really great customer service. My experience was the same in my past calls with them as well.

I called Apex today regarding an account, I spoke with Brad. This was the 2nd time over a few months that he happened to be the representative I spoke with. Unfortunately, I had a difficult issue, but Brad handled everything with ease. And helped (along with Emilio) find a great solution.
