My first dealing with the bank. Very bad service. Instead of being able to withdraw my money, they took large fees from me to activate the account. However, they did not activate the account and are still asking me for money to activate the account.
I'm a customer at one of this bank's smaller branches, in Centerville, Tennessee. So this weekend I found out if you happen to be using your debit card issued by them, and for whatever reason it becomes locked for fraud, suspicious activity, etc, THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO AFTER HOURS SUPPORT, PERIOD!!! I found this out yesterday evening (11/03/23) when I stopped to get gas, after my branch had closed, of course.
