I had an emergency during work hours and had to use my break to try to fix a tire that had a screw in it. The shop doesn't take walk-ins, but even so, I would have had to wait three hours to be seen. My wife and I have been looked after by Apex autoworks since 2011. On every occasion they have provided excellent and trustworthy service in a friendly and informative manner. Today they replaced my battery under the 3 year warranty it had on it.
Apex is without a doubt the most reliable honest and best mechanics in the mountains, if your after somewhere that will look after you be transparent with you and know your going to be looked after 100% go see apex for all your mechanical and tire needs !
I was down in Sydney on Holidays last week and my car did a turbo. These guys went miles over and above and are the best mechanics in Australia. They stayed back to help me out so I could get my young family back to Queensland. They kept me in the loop the whole time, worked weekends and charged a very competitive rate. I can't say enough good things about Phil and Jake they were incredible to deal with. Would love to drive back from Queensland just to deal with these guys.
Received great service today for a roadworthy. Good local business. Will use them for servicing from now on.
