Sean is excellent. Great experience all around. My mothers car looks great and was repaired in less than a week. She is 87 and was confused by the new keys and tech. I spoke to Sean, he made a call and had rental company bring an older car with a conventional key. He did not have to do that but went out of his way for a customer. Great service from start to finish.
I recently had the misfortune of getting into a car accident, but the experience was made much less stressful thanks to Apex Auto Body Shop and Sean. From the moment I dropped off my car, I felt like I was in good hands. Sean was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the repair process thoroughly and keeping me updated throughout. The quality of the work is exceptional - my car looks better than new. I can't recommend Apex and Sean enough to anyone in need of auto body repairs.
