The place is no longer what it used to be. I scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived there was only one worker and he had no idea about anything. He o ly said. The boss is not coming today. Then he called few times to his boss but there was no awnser. It was very disappointing so I had to find another mechanic.
I have had 3 very prompt and positive services on my 3006 Prius, An oil change, replacement of head light, and repair of coolant vent. Very courteous and competent, responsive service. Best service in Madison over past 11 years.
Came in with no appointment for a diagnosis and a repair- they took care of me and gave me 3 options (economic, practical, and everything that needed fixing) and explained the pricing thoroughly. Highly recommend!
