My air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the year. The Apex mechanic took the time to accurately diagnose the very minor issue that had caused me a major problem; fixed the glitch; and sent me on my way in my nice cool car. The cost was minimal: the service exceptional.
Great experience! They gave a fair amount for a trade toward a purchase and went above and beyond helping make the process smooth. Highly recommend!

Didn’t want to give an estimate for a diagnosis. Instead asked, “why another shop couldn’t do it” (as in work they are capable of doing-as they did confirm beforehand).
I am new to this shop, but have high hopes. I brought my Prius in because the shop I had previously gone to couldn't figure out the issue. The Apex crew did some research and head scratching to figure out the problem. No charge for the diagnostics. I really appreciate when a shop is willing to show good faith and put in some time to show their interest and dedication. I have since brought in my other Prius to be serviced by them and had a great experience. I'm hoping we have found our new mechanics in these guys. Thanks Apex... read more
