Scott at Apex was excellent to work with. He was honest during the process especially since I was unable to see truck in person. Sent extra information requested regarding background of the vehicle. Showed me potential flaws in the Used truck, and demonstrated its activity. He demonstrated Honor when he miss-quoted a delivery fee and did not charge me For that missed quote. He had very poor communication skills, and it felt like I was getting nowhere with him. Hopefully I don’t have to deal either again.
I bought a 2018 f350 from Scott. My credit union was being very difficult but Scott and Alesha went above and beyond to provide them with the paperwork the bank wanted. The truck was as advertised also. Plus they threw in couple of things that wasn't expected. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
